Zurud Masjid, also called the Yellow Mosque, stands near Hazarduari Palace on the bank of the Bhagirathi River. Built by Siraj ud-Daulah, it is a compact three-domed mosque whose yellow colour makes it easy to pick out among Murshidabad's historic buildings.
