White Rock is the longest-established beach resort on Subic Bay and gives the cleanest swimming on the bayside. The beach itself is short and crescent-shaped, with calm, shallow water that suits families. The resort has a swimming pool, water slide, and a small wakeboard pond on a separate lake behind the beach.
It charges an entrance fee for day visitors, which keeps the crowds manageable on weekends. The casual restaurant on the beach does a passable Filipino seafood lunch.
