A water park about an hour west of Ulsan, set against a mountainside backdrop near the Tongdo temple area. The park has a wave pool, six water slides of varying intensity, a lazy river, kids' pools, and basketball hoops in the water. The steep cream-coloured slide is the standout thrill.
Admission runs around 32,000 won for adults. You load credit onto your locker key at the entrance and use it for everything inside, so no need to carry cash around. Life preservers and swim caps are mandatory and available to rent.
The adjacent Fantasia amusement park makes it a full day out for families. Look for the multicoloured Ferris wheel as your landmark. Buses 1723 and 345 run from Ulsan to Tongdo; by car, take the Gyeongbu Expressway to the Tongdo interchange.
