A handsome 18th-century townhouse on a corner near the Charco de San Ginés, now used as the headquarters of the Foundation of the writer Blas Cabrera Felipe and as an exhibition space. The interior includes a typical Canarian patio and original wooden joinery.
Free admission. Worth a 20-minute look both for the building itself — one of the best preserved old houses in Arrecife — and for the rotating temporary exhibitions.
