Parc de l'Aigüera is Benidorm's designed civic spine, a linear park laid through a ravine between the bullring area and the town hall. Created by Ricardo Bofill's studio, it uses palms, paved walks, and amphitheatre spaces to give the dense resort city a formal public corridor.
It is not a nature escape, but it is useful for seeing another side of Benidorm beyond beach towers and nightlife. The Julio Iglesias and Óscar Esplá auditoriums also make the park part of the city's event infrastructure, so it can feel very different during concerts and festivals.
