The Big Dam Bridge is one of Little Rock's signature outdoor landmarks, a long pedestrian and cycling bridge crossing the Arkansas River over Murray Lock and Dam. Its blunt name is part of the local charm, but the bridge itself is a serious piece of recreational infrastructure.
It links river trails on both sides and is best experienced by bike or on a long walk, especially in the evening when the river light softens.
