Taborian Hall is a 1916 building tied to Little Rock's former Little Harlem district, once an important African American business and entertainment area during segregation. The restored building is best known for the Dreamland Ballroom on its upper floor, where performers such as Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, and Nat King Cole once appeared.
It is a compact stop, but a meaningful one if you are following Little Rock's civil-rights and African American heritage sites around the Quapaw Quarter.
