The Midway Carousel is the oldest operating ride at Cedar Point — a 1912 Daniel Müller machine with 60 hand-carved jumping horses and four chariots, restored to original condition. Müller, who carved many of the horses in the Merry-Go-Round Museum, worked in Sandusky for much of his career.
A welcome breather in a park full of giga-coasters, and a piece of working history. Free with park admission; the queue rarely tops a few minutes.
