Sulphur Caldron is a roadside geothermal overlook just north of Mud Volcano. Its yellow, splashing water is among the most acidic in Yellowstone, with a pH around 1.3.
From the viewing area you can also see nearby mud pots and pools, making this a quick but memorable stop on the park road.
