Georgetown is where Guyana's trips are sold, whether or not they happen anywhere near it. Almost every operator below is within a few miles of the seawall or out at Ogle airport, and between them they cover the whole country — the falls, the Essequibo, Iwokrama and the Rupununi.
Kaieteur is the thing most visitors come for and it is essentially a flying day trip: out from Ogle in the morning, an hour or so on the plateau, back by late afternoon. Prices cluster around USD 350 and the aircraft need to fill, so weekends go first.
