Ekamreswar Temple is a smaller Shaiva shrine in Bhubaneswar's old temple zone, the kind of place that explains why the city is best understood as a sacred landscape rather than a list of isolated monuments. It does not compete with Lingaraja or Muktesvara, but it adds texture to the same architectural tradition.
Visit while walking the old-town cluster, not as a stand-alone excursion. The reward is in the accumulation of shrines, tanks, carvings, and everyday worship that makes Bhubaneswar different from more museum-like temple towns.
