The largest modern shopping mall in Bishkek, opened in 2014 in the west of the city. Asia Mall holds a mainstream mix of mid-range fashion, electronics, a multiplex cinema with English-language showings of new releases, and a sprawling food court with both familiar fast-food chains and Central Asian options.
Useful primarily as a wet-weather backup or for a film, less so as a cultural experience. The Carrefour supermarket in the basement is the easiest place in town to stock up on Western groceries.
