A two-storey warehouse-bar on Salamanca Place that gets the buzz right. The ground-floor is a wood-and-leather pub with a 16-tap beer list (heavily Tasmanian), good wine by the glass, and a kitchen that turns out one of the best burgers in town — the Notorious Pig with double smoked bacon is the signature. Upstairs is a slightly quieter dining room with a wider menu.
The vibe is louder than most of Salamanca by late evening, with live music several nights a week. Service is friendly and quick. A good pre-dinner stop or a long Friday night anchor.
