The Tomato Museum occupies a former tomato factory and explains one of Santorini's less obvious local products: the small, intensely flavoured tomato once processed here into paste and preserves. The collection includes old machinery, account books, tools, and displays on cultivation and factory work.
It is a good rainy-day or south-island stop, especially for visitors interested in food history or industrial heritage. Most visits take about an hour.
