A 1st-century-BC theatre at the foot of the Alcazaba, lost for centuries and only rediscovered in 1951 during construction work for a cultural centre. The cultural centre was demolished, the theatre excavated, and the small visitors' pavilion at one end now displays the marble fragments and inscriptions that came up with the stones. Free to enter; you can also see most of it perfectly well from the street outside.
