Menhirs for Peace is a modern field of standing stones on A Coruna's Atlantic edge, created by Galician sculptor Manolo Paz. The stones are pierced and arranged so the sea, sky, and Tower of Hercules landscape become part of the work.
It is an easy addition to a coastal walk around the headland. Come for the combination of public art and weather: granite shapes, salt wind, and the Atlantic horizon doing half the sculpture's work.
