Bohdan Khmelnytsky Culture and Recreation Park is a large green space south of central Lviv, with paths, cafes, amusement rides, a concert and dance hall, and open-air stages. It is more local recreation ground than polished garden, but that makes it useful for seeing an everyday side of the city.
The park works best as part of a walk through Lviv's southern green belt, especially with nearby Stryiskyi Park. Families may appreciate the rides and casual atmosphere in warm weather.
