Montgomery's sights cluster in walkable downtown, with a tight knot of civil rights landmarks around Court Square and Dexter Avenue, the state capitol at the top of the hill, and the Equal Justice Initiative's museum and memorial complex a short walk or drive south. Most of what you came for can be covered on foot in two days.
