Lovers' Lane is one of the oldest foot trails in the Presidio, running for about a mile through eucalyptus and historic military grounds. Soldiers once used the path to visit family and sweethearts in San Francisco, which gave the trail its name. It is an easy walk that fits well with nearby Presidio sights.
