A serious parrilla on the edge of Nueva Córdoba where the cuts are aged dry on display and the wine list runs to several pages of Mendoza Malbec. The ojo de bife and bife de chorizo are the staples; the provoleta starter is worth ordering even if it is unlikely you will finish it before the meat arrives.
