An antique wrought-iron Ferris wheel in Sarmiento Park, popularly attributed to Gustave Eiffel. The wheel is about 13 metres tall, carries small open gondolas, and was already old when it was installed at this site in the 1920s.
Locals are deeply attached to the legend, and the city has restored the wheel several times rather than replace it. It runs irregularly — usually weekends and holidays.
