The Obelisco de Sao Paulo is a 72-metre mausoleum and memorial to the 1932 Constitutionalist Revolution. It holds the remains of students and combatants who died in the uprising against Brazil's federal dictatorship.
The monument stands near Ibirapuera Park and works well as a short history stop while exploring that part of the city.
