Parque Rodo is southern Montevideo's main city park, with a lake, paths, a small hill with views across the city, and an amusement area that opens seasonally. A Sunday market adds extra life around the edges.
It pairs well with the nearby National Museum of Visual Arts or a walk toward the Rambla.
