Shahbaz Khan Mosque and Dargah is a 17th-century mosque and tomb complex built in 1679 by Haji Khwaja Shahbaz, a wealthy merchant in Mughal Dhaka. Its age and setting near the university area make it a useful stop on a historic Dhaka walk.
The complex is modest, but it adds an older Mughal layer to a part of the city better known for civic and university landmarks.
