An active Taoist temple in Sha Tin dedicated to Che Kung, a general of the Song dynasty who is credited with saving the region from plague. The temple was renovated and expanded in 1993. It's one of the most visited temples in Hong Kong, particularly on the second day of Lunar New Year when crowds come to spin the brass wind wheels inside and pray for good fortune. Take the MTR to Che Kung Temple station (East Rail Line).
