Kam Shan Country Park, better known as Monkey Hill, is the easiest place in Hong Kong to see wild macaques. The park sits north of Kowloon and has reservoirs, wooded paths, and picnic areas within a short bus ride of the city.
The monkeys are the draw, but keep food hidden and do not feed them. They are used to people and can be bold around bags and snacks.
