ISKCON Guwahati

A modern marble temple complex on the slopes below Nilachal Hill, just down the road from Kamakhya. ISKCON Guwahati is one of the larger Krishna Consciousness temples in India and runs the usual programmes — daily aratis, lectures on the Bhagavad Gita, and the standard prasadam canteen (₹150 for an excellent all-you-can-eat thali, vegetarian, slightly Bengali-leaning).

The temple is bright, clean, and well-maintained — a useful contrast point if you have just come from the intense atmosphere of Kamakhya. Even non-devotees often come here for the canteen lunch. Closed for an hour at midday.
