Lal Sarai, or the Red Inn, is a ruined travellers' rest house near Dary Khan's Tomb in Mandu. Its rooms are arranged around a rectangular courtyard, giving a clear sense of how movement, lodging, and trade once worked around the fortified city.
It is a smaller stop than Jahaz Mahal or Jami Masjid, but it fits well into a slow circuit of Mandu's scattered Afghan-era ruins.
