Haveli is the closest competitor to Cuckoo's Den on Fort Road — a multi-storey restaurant in an old courtyard mansion, with the top-floor terrace looking straight onto the Badshahi Mosque. The cooking is solid Punjabi standard fare; the kitchen is at its best with the chicken malai boti and the mutton karahi.
