The lake at the heart of the resort, clean and swimmable in summer. The municipal lido (Strandbad) on the town's south shore has lawns, diving boards, and changing rooms. Pedal boats and rowing boats are available to hire; lake cruises depart from the town pier. The lakeside path circles the entire shoreline in around 3 hours on foot.
