Housed in the Palais Rohan — a grand 18th-century palace built for the city's prince-bishops — this museum holds over 850 paintings from the 14th to the 19th century, including works by Raphael, Rubens, Goya, and Boucher. The building itself, one of the finest Baroque structures in Alsace, is as worth seeing as the collection.
