A small, exclusive beach west of Platis Gialos, known as the most upscale spot on the island. The beach is dominated by Nammos, a restaurant and beach club that has become the island's most expensive and most photographed, where a sun bed and umbrella can cost more than a flight from Athens. A yacht-anchored bay stretches in front; the clientele skews toward the sort of guests who arrive by helicopter.
None of which stops Psarrou from being a genuinely beautiful beach — fine sand, crystalline water, and a sheltered bay. If Nammos is not in the budget, arrive early and find a spot at the far ends of the beach before the sun beds take over.
