Istvan Cave is a guided dripstone cave near Lillafured, with chambers known for columns, curtains, and other limestone formations. Only part of the cave is open to visitors, but it is an easy natural sight to pair with Lake Hamori, Lillafured, and the forests west of Miskolc.
