Lido Paradiso is Trapani's easy town beach, running along the northern seafront close enough to the centre for a swim between sightseeing and dinner. It is not the wildest stretch of Sicilian coast, but its convenience is hard to beat if you are staying in town without a car.
The beach works best as a practical pleasure: a morning dip, a late-afternoon rest, or a quick escape from the stone streets when the heat builds. For dramatic scenery you will still want San Vito Lo Capo or the islands, but Lido Paradiso gives Trapani its own everyday seaside rhythm.
