Scandinavia's largest cathedral took over 150 years to build, consecrated in 1435. The twin spires rise 118 metres above the city and are visible from miles around. Inside, the cathedral houses the relics of Saint Erik, Sweden's patron saint, and the tomb of Carl Linnaeus. The treasury museum displays medieval textiles and church silver. Free entry; the treasury charges a small admission fee.
