Prairie Theatre Exchange is one of Winnipeg's main live theatre companies, known for an intimate room where even the back rows sit close to the stage. The programme leans toward contemporary Canadian work, new plays, and accessible productions rather than big touring spectacle.
It is a good choice if you want a local evening out downtown and prefer theatre on a human scale.
