Top of the World is the observation deck on the 27th floor of Baltimore's World Trade Center, a pentagonal waterfront tower designed by I. M. Pei. The draw is the clear view over the Inner Harbor, downtown, the bay, and the surrounding neighbourhoods, making it an easy add-on to the aquarium and historic ships nearby.
