Seabreeze Amusement Park has been Rochester's summer playground for generations, set near the Lake Ontario shore where Irondequoit Bay meets the lake. Roller coasters, water rides and classic midway attractions give it a traditional regional-park feel.
It is especially good for families or anyone travelling in warm weather with an evening to spare. The park is seasonal, so check dates and hours; outside summer, it is more local memory than visitor stop.
