Penn Treaty Park is a small Delaware River park tied to the story of William Penn's 1683 treaty with Tamanend, the Lenape leader. The river views, bridge backdrop, public art, and start of the Delaware River Trail make it a good pause while exploring Fishtown and the northern waterfront.
