Lilau Square is a small, pretty square in one of Macau's oldest residential quarters, surrounded by Mediterranean-style houses. Its spring has a local saying attached to it: drink from Lilau and you will never forget Macau. Even without the legend, it is a good place to feel the Portuguese layer of the city at street level.
