Kandawgyi Nature Park is a lakeside peninsula on Kandawgyi Lake with views across the water and toward the Karaweik. It is a popular local evening spot, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
The park works best as a relaxed walk rather than a major sight on its own. Combine it with Kandawgyi Lake or the nearby zoo, and come near sunset when the lakefront is at its most active.
