Milan's Chinatown is centred on Via Paolo Sarpi, a mostly pedestrian street north of the historic centre. The district dates back to the 1920s and mixes Chinese groceries, cafes, small restaurants, and everyday Milanese street life.
It is not a monumental sight, but it is a pleasant area to wander, snack, and see a different side of the city. It combines easily with the Monumental Cemetery or Parco Sempione.
