Maurizio Cattelan's L.O.V.E. sculpture stands in Piazza Affari, in front of the Italian stock exchange. The name is usually expanded as Liberta, Odio, Vendetta, Eternita, and the work's blunt gesture has made it one of Milan's more talked-about pieces of public art.
It is a quick stop, but an easy one to add while walking between the Duomo area, Piazza Cordusio, and the historic streets west of the city centre.
