De Distilleerketel

De Distilleerketel is a working windmill in Delfshaven, rebuilt in 1986 after the original 18th-century malt mill was destroyed during World War II.

Its name, "the Distillers' Kettle", recalls the distilleries that once shaped this part of Rotterdam. Today it grinds wheat and adds a historic landmark to a walk through Delfshaven's old harbour streets.
