Selwyn College is one of Cambridge's newer colleges, founded in 1882, but its red-brick Gothic Revival buildings give it a strong presence on Grange Road. The Old Court, chapel, and gardens make a pleasant short detour west of the river.
It works best as part of a wider walk through the western colleges rather than as a standalone destination.
