Imperial Chinese Archway

Manchester's Imperial Chinese Archway stands at the centre of Chinatown. Given to the city by the Chinese people in 1987, it is a richly decorated ceremonial gate inspired by Ming dynasty design.

It is a quick stop, but an obvious landmark for a walk between the city centre, Canal Street, and Chinatown's restaurants.
