Connexin Live (formerly Bonus Arena, formerly Hull Venue) opened in 2018 as part of the wider regeneration around Queen Victoria Square. It seats around 3,500 and is configured for everything from rock and pop tours to stand-up comedy, boxing, and conference work. The acoustics are well-judged and sight lines are good across all tiers.
The building is a five-minute walk from Queen Victoria Square and a similar distance from Paragon Station, so getting in and out before and after gigs is easy. Pre-show eating and drinking are best in the Old Town or along the Marina.
