Kerry Park is the classic Seattle skyline viewpoint on Queen Anne Hill. From the small overlook, downtown lines up behind the Space Needle, with Elliott Bay, the Cascades, and Mount Rainier joining the view when the weather cooperates.
The park itself is tiny, but the view is strong enough to make it a deliberate stop, especially near sunset or after dark when the city lights come up.
