The Jiangxi Science and Technology Museum (江西省科学技术馆) in Honggutan is a modern science center with interactive exhibits on physics, astronomy, and technology. It's oriented primarily toward children and school groups but has enough genuinely engaging content for adults. The planetarium inside is well equipped and shows are offered in Chinese throughout the day.
The museum is part of the Honggutan cultural campus and can be combined with a visit to the provincial museum next door. Admission is low and entry includes the planetarium shows on most days.
