The OCT Creative Park (华侨城创意文化园) in Honggutan adapts a repurposed factory complex into galleries, artist studios, design shops, and restaurants. It's modeled on similar creative parks in Shenzhen and Chengdu but at a smaller, more manageable scale. The industrial brick buildings contain a mix of contemporary art exhibitions, design studios, craft workshops, and specialty cafés.
The park is one of the more interesting recent additions to Nanchang's cultural landscape — more spontaneous in feel than the formal museum campus nearby, and genuinely used by the city's creative community rather than staged for tourism.
